MAC AWARDS!
I'm thrilled to announce that the Daryl Kojak Trio won the MAC Award for Best Jazz Group! And Laurie Krauz won the MAC Award for Best Female Jazz Vocalist! Scot Albertson was nominated for Best Male Jazz Vocalist, and Scot's newest CD release, "Fate Revealed By Design" was nominated for Best Jazz Recording.
We're all pretty tickled about it!

MARIONETTE THEATRE in Central Park. Based on the classic
PIPPI LONGSTOCKING, Daryl wrote music and lyrics for this fun and enchanting production.
PIPPI opened October 23rd 2007 and will run into spring 2008.

Jackie is beyond funny, and it's thrilling to be producing "Scraping
The Bottom," a Live at Joe's Pub CD! We recorded 4 shows in February and March and right now we're in the editing phase. Keep an eye out for the release!

SCOT ALBERTSON'S third album FATE REVEALED BY DESIGN is out! We sold out the release party on December 29th at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.
I had a blast with Luba Mason at Metropolitan Room February 27th - March 3rd. For those who missed it, stay in touch for more to come.

Melissa Cross and Daryl were thrilled to have Juliana Nash appear with us at Metropolitan Room on 1/9. Check her out!
Daryl recently had the pleasure of recording silent film pianist Stuart
Oderman for the Houdini series "Master Mystery," created in 1919. It
includes all of the surviving episodes of the series, and will soon be
released by
Kino International. Stuart is a master of this genre. More to come.
Daryl arranged and recorded tracks for
Miss Coco Peru, who was back in New York at
Joe's Pub November 9-11, 2007 after a very successful run in LA.
